Rod is a retired Army Special Forces Officer who has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a certified General Contractor, Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rod has owned and operated several businesses prior to Top Gun which include a construction company, training and security services company, leadership development company and a defense contracting company. Rod enjoys strategic planning, operations, training others and working with customers. His pastime include competitive skydiving, skiing, hiking, golf, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.
Tony has been in the construction industry over 20 years and started out framing and siding residential houses. He progressed from there to a construction superintendent for 13 years with a local home builder and then moved on to becoming senior construction project manager for TV’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” for the final 4 seasons. He has been with us since 2012 in the restoration business and is a certified estimator. He enjoys fishing, hunting and mountain biking in his spare time.
James has been in the industry for 15 years with certifications in water restoration, lead testing, and mold remediation as well as OSHA Awareness Training for asbestos. James enjoys training others in his field and helping residents and the community. James’ pastimes include vehicle restoration, riding motorcycles, attending races, playing football, and spending time with his family.
Karl has 5 years experience in the construction and restoration industry ranging from the beginning stages of home development to the finished product. He prides himself with delivering high quality work and exceptional customer service on every project. He does this through a desire to be educated and up to date on the latest industry standards and materials. His focus on work efficiencies allows Karl to complete projects in a timely manner. Karl enjoys reading, working out, hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding and shooting. He has served with the Army Reserves as a Vertical Construction Engineer for the past 8 years with several deployments to Central America and served in Afghanistan.
Dalton is a forward-thinking professional with a multi-faceted background within the manufacturing and construction industry. He is a United States Army veteran who served 5 years of active duty service. He prides himself in customer satisfaction and efficiency of project management. After a short stint in the manufacturing industry, Dalton earned a Bachelors of Science from Colorado Technical University in Project Management. He is eager to earn his Project Management Professionals Certification, Lean Six Sigma, and an MBA in Management. Dalton is passionate for the outdoors and enjoys fly fishing, rock climbing, strength training, and spending time with his family.
Miguel has over 15 years of experience in residential construction. He started out as a Tradesmen specializing in drywall, framing, painting and finished carpentry. He is a dedicated professional who makes a difference and believes in quality and customer service as the forefront to a successful project. As Top Gun's foreman, he is touches almost every project.
Mary has over 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry. She does an excellent job working with homeowners who have suffered damage to their property and ensures their experience is as smooth and stress free as possible. She contacts our customers and assists them with selecting flooring and other materials for their reconstruction or remodeling projects and works with our Project Managers with procurement and inventory. Mary also works with our accounting department for invoicing our customers and ensuring their project is ready for close out. Her pastimes include spending time with her family and working out.
Laura is Top Gun's office and project administrator and has worked in the filed for over 10 years. Laura understands the emotional affect a loss has on our customers and strives to reduce their stress. She is responsible for making the office run smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, answering general office phone calls and emails so that our Estimators and Project Managers can focus on projects for our clients. She also ensures the office has the necessary supplies and equipment needed, coordinates the office activities as well as the annual holiday party. When not working, Laura enjoys spending time with her daughter.
She has worked in the administrative field for over 20 years. Not only handling the day-to-day office administrative duties, Denise is responsible for making the office run smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, answering general office phone calls and emails so that the consultants and actuaries can focus on work for our clients. She also ensures the office has the necessary supplies and equipment needed, coordinates the office activities as well as the annual holiday party. Denise is also in charge of the accounting department, including invoicing, accounts payable and insurance requests.
