Rod is a retired Army Special Forces Officer who has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a certified General Contractor, Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rod has owned and operated several business prior to Top Gun which include a construction company, training and security services company, leadership development company and a defense contracting company. Rod enjoys strategic planning, operations, training others and working with customers. He pastime includes, Competitive Skydiving, Skiing, Hiking, Golf, Riding Motorcycles and spending time with his family.

Michael has been in the construction industry for the past 22 years with expertise and experience in residential building and design. He is originally from Houston, Texas where he owned and operated a mortgage company, home remodeling company and a custom home business. Michael is very knowledgeable in business strategies, advertising, business development and venture capital. His favorite activities are spending time with family, hiking, working on his cabin in the woods and is an avid golfer.

Jason is a long time Colorado Springs resident with contruction experience dating date to 1993. He is an Exterior Storm Damage Inspection & Restoration Expert with over 10+ yrs of experience handling large scale insurance claims. He prides himself with delivering high quality work and exceptional customer service in every project. He does this through a desire to be educated and up to date on the latest industury standards and material with a focus on efficiency to complete projects in a timely manner. Jason enjoys puzzle solving, logic, and being able to laugh. In his free time, Jason enjoys motorcycle riding, shooting pool, playing golf, target shooting, grilling, and taking day trips with his family.

Her pastimes include all outdoor sports; hiking, water and snow skiing and watching baseball with her husband and 3 very active teenagers.
